How can I start or stop my water service?
  • You may an call our Customer Care Department at (805) 667-6500 or send an email to myvtawater@cityofventura.ca.gov and provide: your name, premise address, mailing address if different, contact phone number, email address, Driver’s License or Identification number, birthdate, and the name of a co-tenant if you wish to add one. A one-time fee of $52.00 will be charged on the first bills of all new accounts.
  • You may call our Customer Care Department at (805) 667-6500 or send an email to myvtawater@cityofventura.ca.gov and provide: your name, premise address, mailing address for the final bill, contact phone number, Driver’s License or Identification number, and birthdate. We will also need the date that you wish to stop service.
