3. How can I provide input on a project?  

Below are ways in which you can share your thoughts about a project:

• Send an email to [email protected]. Include as much information as you can about the project, including but not limited to address and project description. Generally, you will receive a notification in the mail if you live within 300 feet of a project site.   
• Call or email the planner assigned to the project 
• Attend public hearings 
• Contact your District's Councilmember

4. Where can I find a list of projects requiring a public hearing?

To see all development projects requiring a public hearing and their associated statuses, you can visit the City’s Development Map. Not all planning projects require a public hearing, and some projects are processed ministerially. For questions on ministerial projects, please email [email protected].

5. What is the status of my project?

For specific details and the status of your project, please contact your assigned Project Planner. If you are unsure of who your planner is, contact [email protected] where a planner will direct you to the correct person. For a high-level overview of a project’s status, you can also refer to the Development Map.

6. How do I participate in public hearings and submit comments on a project?

For information on how to participate in a public hearing, including submitting comments, watching the live stream, and how to view meeting agendas, please visit the City website. Additionally, if you received a notice about a proposed development project, you may submit a comment to the email address of the planner on the notice or give them a call.
