Utility-Billing-Updates-Newsflash

WebConnect and Home Connect services will be temporarily unavailable from 6 PM Thursday, May 20, 2021 to Monday, May 24, 2021 for system upgrades. Please note, online payment and pay by phone options will NOT be available during this time. Ventura Water customers can continue to make bill payments by mail or by using the Drop Box located in front of Ventura City Hall at 501 Poli Street, Ventura, CA 93301.
