On March 15, 2020, the City of Ventura declared a Local State of Emergency. In response, Ventura Water implemented a number of utility billing adjustments to support our customers during this challenging time.
- The City of Ventura is suspending water shutoffs for non-payments until further notice.
- All new Ventura Water late fees are suspended until further notice.
- The City of Ventura is granting payment extensions and installment agreements to Ventura Water customers who are impacted by COVID-19 (Coronavirus) restrictions. Please contact Customer Care at (805) 667-6500 for additional information.
