9/18/2020- The precautionary Boil Water Advisory issued in the Saticoy Avenue and Wells Road area has been lifted. It is no longer necessary for customers within the impacted area to boil their water.
On September 16, 2020, customers in the Saticoy/Wells Road area were notified to boil their water as a safety precaution following loss of system pressure due to a water main break on Telephone Road. The impacted area in Ventura included South of the 126 Freeway, West of Campanula Avenue, East of Wells Road, including Lirio extension and North of the Santa Clara River.
The State Water Resource Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, in conjunction with Ventura Water, has confirmed the water is safe to drink.
