On Sunday, March 15, 2020, the City of Ventura declared a Local State of Emergency. In response, Ventura Water has implemented a number of utility billing adjustments to support our customers during this challenging time.
- The City of Ventura is suspending water shutoffs for non-payments from March 15, 2020 through May 11, 2020, at which time this rule will be reevaluated.
- All new Ventura Water late fees are suspended from March 15, 2020 through May 11, 2020, at which time this rule will be reevaluated.
- The City of Ventura is granting payment extensions and installment agreements to Ventura Water customers who are impacted by COVID-19 (Coronavirus) restrictions. Please contact Customer Care at 805- 667-6500.
