Join us for our Sustainability Speaker Series on November 10 at 6:00pm for a live cooking demo with one of our local, Certified Green Businesses, Harvest Cafe. We will discuss how to incorporate sustainability in the kitchen through eating locally, preparing food creatively (or using odd parts of produce), and composting the rest.
