Planning Commission

Purpose


The Planning Commission advises and make recommendations to the City Council on land use-related matters, such as General or Specific Plans, Changes of Zone, and Ordinance Amendments; Consider applications for subdivisions, Variances, Use Permits, Planned Development Permits; Act as an appellate body regarding administrative decisions; Review the annual and five-year capital improvement programs.

All Planning Commission meetings are televised live on Channel 15 in Ventura.
