Mobile Home Rent Review Board

About the Mobile Home Rent Review Board

There are 12 privately-owned mobile home parks in the City of San Buenaventura (Ventura) that are subject to the City's Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance. The residents at these spaces pay space rent to the park owners and the City of Ventura regulates increases in maximum space rents that can be charged by the park owners through Ventura's Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance.

Purpose of the Board

The Board's purpose is to receive, investigate, hold hearings on, and act on the issues relating to mobile home park rent stabilization.
