Purpose


This board's purpose is to receive, investigate, hold hearings on, and act on the issues relating to mobile home park rent stabilization.

City of Ventura Mobile Home Rent Review


There are 12 privately-owned mobile home parks in the City of Ventura that are subject to the City's Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance.  The residents at these spaces pay space rent to the park owners and the City of Ventura regulates increases in maximum space rents that can be charged by the park owners through Ventura's Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance.
