VAC Recreation Teams

General Information

AGES 7.5-17
Our recreational teams provide quality coaching in a safe non-competitive environment. This program is a great “first experience” for the various aquatic team sports. All of our coaches are Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard certified. Parents are required to attend a team meeting on the first practice day. Scholarships are available at the Ventura Aquatic Center for those who qualify.
