The City of Ventura is regularly seeking volunteers ages 16 and older, to assist in maintaining our beautiful community gardens at Cornucopia, Kellogg and/or Westpark sites. Community service hours are available to students and groups. Weekdays 9 am to 5 pm.

The Ventura Aquatic Center is looking for volunteers, ages 12 and older, to assist in maintaining our beautiful, state of the art aquatics facility. Scheduled the 1st Saturday of every month from 9 - 11:30 am. Community service hours are available to students and groups.

The City of Ventura is looking for volunteers, ages 14 and older, to assist in maintaining our sailing and kayaking equipment at the Leo Robbins Community Sailing Center (at the south end of Pierpont Blvd.). Scheduled the 1st Friday of every month from 10 am - 12:30 pm. Community service hours are available to students.

The City of Ventura is regularly seeking volunteers ages 16 and older, to assist in maintaining our beautiful rose gardens (pruning) at the Historic Olivas Adobe and Barranca Vista Park sites in Ventura. Community service hours are available to students and groups. (10 is the maximum number of volunteers for each scheduled project)

The City of Ventura is regularly seeking volunteers to help prep, serve and/or deliver food to our Senior Nutrition Program participants. Volunteer shifts are typically between 8:30 am - 2:30 pm daily, excluding weekends and holidays.

Volunteers have an opportunity to learn about law enforcement and help improve law enforcement services. The Ventura County Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation hosts events on the 4th Saturday every month from 9 - 11 am at the Ventura Promenade beachfront to help clean up one of our most prominent beaches!
The Ventura Suburban Kiwanis Club hosts events on the 2nd Saturday every other month from 9 - 11 am at the popular Marina Park to help clean up one of our busiest local beaches!
