Free Direct Pay Program
Ventura Water offers a free direct pay program so that customers can have their payments automatically deducted from their designated bank account. To enroll, simply return the completed Automatic Utility Payment Application (PDF) with your signature and a voided check or call 805-667-6500 to request an application brochure (PDF).
One-time payment options are now available online at My Ventura Water or by toll-free phone 844-278-9127) 24-hours/7 days a week with:
- Checking or Savings Account
- Debit Card (with VISA or Mastercard logo) or
- VISA and Mastercard Credit Card
Please note that a $3.95 convenience fee will be charged for each transaction online. For payment by phone a $4.25 convenience fee will be charged.
In the mailing envelope provided with your bill, enclose the detachable portion of your bill, along with a check or money order made payable to the Ventura Water for the amount due. Please do not enclose cash or coin. If the envelope provided is lost, mail to:

Visit between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, we are closed alternate Fridays, weekends and holidays. After hours payments (check or money order only - no cash) can be placed in the white drop box located in front of City Hall 24-hours a day. Please note that drop box payments are credited to the account the next business day.
View Your Billing Account Information Online
Customers are able to view water and wastewater account(s) instantly 24/7 at My Ventura Water, our online access web service. To get started, follow 2 easy steps:
- Step 1: Go to My Ventura Water
- Step 2: Create Account and follow the instructions. (You will need your customer specific account number and telephone number of record to verify your account).
What Can I Do Online?
Customers can view and print current and past bills and add multiple accounts for easy access.
All web customers are encouraged to go green with our paperless billing service - you will receive email notification when your bill is ready for viewing. (To enable Electronic Bill Delivery, go to My Ventura Water, click Account Services, and Sign-up for Electronic Bill Delivery.)
