Project Description: A Coastal Development Permit, Formal Design Review, Lot Line Adjustment and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the construction of a 231-unit multi-family apartment development including clubhouse and resident amenities, a 20,000 sq.ft. open space area and bluff-top Public Promenade with overlook areas on approximately 11 acres located along the north side of (and fronting onto) the 101 Freeway between Ash Street and Sanjon Road; zoned Urban General 3.5 Promenade Parcels (T4.3.5).

This project is scheduled for Special Administrative Hearing on May 8, 2018 at 4pm in Ventura City Hall Santa Cruz Conference Room.
