Hi-Lo Warning System
Ventura PD introduces the Hi-Lo Warning System, installed on every Ventura Police patrol car, to be used as an alert during emergency evacuations. If you are close enough to hear the Hi-Lo Warning System, that's an indicator to evacuate immediately.
