THE CITY OF SAN BUENAVENTURA (VENTURA) ANNOUNCES A HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM (HOME) NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY
On Thursday, March 28, 2019, the City of Ventura will open its HOME Notice of Funding Availability, or NOFA, to interested parties that can apply for funds to develop affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents.

The City intends to award up to one million dollars of HOME funding to eligible affordable housing projects. Certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) and CHDO-eligible organizations are encouraged to apply.
Application forms, filing requirements, and instructions are available on the City’s website (https://www.cityofventura.ca.gov/426/CDBG-and-HOME-Programs).
